Makojalo has established itself as a very popular wedding venue, especially for those very special “weekend weddings”, with some guests arriving on the Friday already….

Makojalo started off as the typical vintage themed wedding venue, but has evolved into a venue which offers possibilities for a very wide variety of tastes and preferences and the very discerning bride…

Tittewyt facility & Honeymoon suite:

This facility is a beautifully appointed area, which features strikingly romantic décor.

During the day this is used as Tittewyt facility. Afterwards, while festivities are in full swing, it is cleared and prepared as Honeymoon suite, ready to receive the new Mr & Mrs.

The bride-to-be and her entourage can prepare for the special event, having hair, make-up and finishing touches done here. This area lends itself to beautiful picture opportunities, the first of many on the special day.

This facility is very popular with brides-to-be, even so for bookings by brides-to-be and couples getting married at other venues.

The chapel is a short 30 metre walk from the Tittewyt facility, which is very convenient for the bride-to-be.

The chapel is situated in the old converted tractor barn, with an interior of grey cement washed walls, very special wall art and a church bell, suspended from an old farm windmill.
